Kanban University Partner Webinar Series – Come Play Objective’s Maturity Card Game

Wednesday, May 31, 2023

8:00 – 9:00 PM CEST
7:00 – 8:00 PM BST
2:00 – 3:00 PM EDT
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM PDT

Get ready to level up your organization’s productivity and performance with the Maturity Card Game! Based on the KMM (Kanban Maturity Model), this game is designed to help companies and individuals identify their current level of maturity and take strategic actions to improve it. But don’t let the serious nature of the topic fool you – this game is also a ton of fun! With competition, points, and a winner, you and your team will engage in deep discussions about the root causes of problems and the organizational culture.

Register for the Webinar

Call for Case Studies

Do you have a case study to share, but have struggled to find the time to publish it? The KMM Plus team wants to help you!

The KMM Plus Team will be happy to record you telling the story of your case study. This can be done virtually or in-person. If you are attending the Kanban Leadership Retreat in Austria this June, the KMM Plus team will be on-site to record your case in-person. It’s just like an interview or a webinar, but even more speaker-friendly – with a chance to stop, reformulate, and re-record. 😊

Share your case study, your experience, and give your advice about using the KMM so other practitioners can learn from you. Contact the KMM Plus Team to arrange your recording.

Train the Trainer Workshop at Kanban India

November 26 – 30, 2023

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST each day

Kanban India is back with another Accredited Kanban Trainer workshop during this year’s conference. This is the official Kanban Train the Trainer (TTT) workshop led by Todd Little, Chairman of Kanban University. This interactive and collaborative course program focuses on training experienced Kanban professionals who want to offer kanban University certified training in the Kanban Method.

Online Event: Going From “Teams Everywhere” to “Services Everywhere”

Thursday, May 18, 2023

9:00 – 10:30 PM EDT
6:00 – 7:30 PM PDT

You can apply Kanban both to teams and services, but the resulting Kanban system normally accomplishes a very different “agenda.” Learning to differentiate between the two (including when “team == service”) and to pragmatically define a service boundary is a critical skill for a practitioner of the Kanban Method.

Join Fernando Cuenca (Kanban University AKC, AKT, KCP, and KMP) and the Lean Practitioners Association of Saskatchewan as he covers Kanban Agendas, in particular Service Orientation Seeing services, and identifying boundaries and interconnections.

Webinar Recording: Discover Upstream Kanban

Radek Orszewski (Kanban University AKC, AKT, KCP, and KMP) recently joined the David J Anderson School of Management to present this webinar on how to use upstream Kanban to solve the problem of managing lengthy backlogs. Learn more about the concept of upstream Kanban, and also practical implementation, useful techniques, and metrics.

Shifting Focus On the Services Provided to Customers

From Accredited Kanban Trainer, Martin Aziz, on LinkedIn: Limiting your thinking in terms of teams and org structures will yield you progress, but true success will remain out of reach. Letting go of this thinking and shifting focus on the services provided to customers puts you in a position to actually win the race. That’s where fitness and agility actually shows up.
