5-Day Train the Trainer Class
Kanban University Accredited Kanban Trainers (AKT) are trained to teach the foundation classes Team Kanban Practitioner, Kanban System Design, and Kanban Systems Improvements.
- This course does not teach Kanban. Students are expected to be quite familiar with the KMP training materials and have a strong proficiency in the Kanban Method. The class teaches how to train the materials.
- Students will present a case study and will also present the Kanban University materials.
- Students will be evaluated on their knowledge of Kanban and on their ability to train the materials. Students may be approved for 0 to 3 of the classes.
- If a student is not approved for a particular class they will be provided with a path to become approved.

People who are interested in training Kanban University classes either within their organization or as public or private offerings.
Become an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) so that you can offer training within your organization or as public or private offerings.
In person five day course or 40 hour virtual course.
Kanban Management Professional (KMP) is required. Student must be able to present a Kanban case study.
Kanban University Certified Training
Accredited Kanban Trainer credential granted upon approval.
