How do you earn the AKC Credential?
This high level of accreditation is granted is attained thorough review of each AKC candidate. Candidates must complete the Change Leadership Masterclass in addition to meeting all the requirements of a KCP. They must write a coaching journey essay and pass a live review with peer AKCs.
AKC accreditation requirements:
- Kanban Coaching Professional Credential
- Masterclass completion
- Complete 6-months of verified experience in a Kanban initiative (post-Masterclass)
- Participate in an AKC Candidate Cohort with one-on-one AKC mentoring
- Submission of Kanban experience reflective essay
- AKC Panel interview (based on reflective essay submission)
- One time Credential activation fee
