Register for the Magic of Kanban

Join the pioneer of the Kanban Method – David J Anderson – on a journey to the origins and future of Kanban.

For the first time in the DACH Region, David will present this amazing story, and will talk about the unexpected, counterintuitive emergent effects of limiting WIP (Work in Progress) and its ability to transform company culture, releasing significant economic improvement.

David’s recently published book “Discovering Kanban” is the updated version of the original book published almost 15 years ago and is the first volume in the ‘Better with Kanban’ series.

It is now translated into German by Wolfgang Wiedenroth (Kanban University Distinguished Fellow, Accredited Kanban Consultant, Accredited Kanban Trainer, and Agile Coach at IT-Agile) who will also appear live on stage.

To top this evening, Robert Finan (a.k.a. Management Guru Conor McConor) will show us “How to survive an Agile Transformation and keep your job!”

Join us for this exclusive night full of learning and knowledge for modern day businesses, hosted by SPAR ICS, the IT Unit of SPAR Austria Group.

“Kanban is not a software development lifecycle methodology or an approach to project management. It requires that some process is already in place so that Kanban can be applied to incrementally change the underlying process.”

David J Anderson
Author and pioneer of the Kanban Method
