Cast Your Vote on the New “Blue Book” Cover
An updated edition of the Blue Book by David J Anderson will be released this summer and we are looking for your feedback on the cover concepts. Refreshing such a successful book is an important mission and we value your feedback on the designs.
This will be the first of a two-volume series of the Kanban “Blue Book” with updated content, which will be translated into German and Portuguese with other languages to follow. The designs keep the established cartoon and remain blue so it will continue to be recognized as the “Blue Book.”
Have an early peek at the cover art and cast your vote!

Accredited Kanban Trainer, Matt Evans takes a look at the great sport of Curling as an analogy for Leadership, the Leadership behaviors that we desire, and what happens when we lack these behaviors on display in our organisations.
Kanban Is Not a ‘Team Level’ Method
Accredited Kanban Trainer, Andre Suman Pereira recently spoke at Agile Trends 2023 in Brazil. He has shared a copy of his presentation explaining that Kanban is interesting at the team level, but demonstrates its robustness at the service level (end-to-end flows).
Shifting Focus On the Services Provided to Customers
From Accredited Kanban Trainer, Martin Aziz, on LinkedIn: Limiting your thinking in terms of teams and org structures will yield you progress, but true success will remain out of reach. Letting go of this thinking and shifting focus on the services provided to customers puts you in a position to actually win the race. That’s where fitness and agility actually shows up.
