Leading up to Kanban India’s kickoff, join Todd Little, Chairman of Kanban University, for the new Scrum Better with Kanban in-person workshop.
Scrum teams often encounter issues with predictability, effectiveness, and resistance to change. The Scrum Better with Kanban course can help participants improve their Scrum through the introduction of proven Kanban practices, principles, and application of evolutionary change management.
This course captures the lessons learned from Scrum teams that successfully evolved their way of working by using evolutionary change found in the Kanban Method. The hands-on training will ensure that participants walk away with a proven approach to introducing changes that will deliver results for their team and organization.

David J Anderson celebrated the launch of his new book – “Discovering Kanban” and the “Better with Kanban” Series – with a tour of several cities in Brazil, culminating at Kanban Brazil. The book tells the origin story of Kanban and how concepts from physical industries were adapted and adopted for modern 21st-century intellectual work, and illustrates early success stories in modern technology businesses.
