WHY
This "rule of three" defines my purpose as a trainer and consultant: to help you build sound knowledge, seamlessly put it into practice, and reshape attitudes through action.
WHY ME
I have lived it, breathed it, and built it—real agile teams and multi-team work systems. The team is the primary value-creating unit of any organisation. I bring hands-on experience in process optimisation and team development for knowledge work and service industries that is measured in decades, not years.
Rolf’s journey with Agility began when Scrum transformed his own company—saving the business and bringing balance back to his life.
After years as a Product Owner, he now serves as an independent expert and trainer, helping others achieve sustainable business agility.
