About Me
Here's what I've learned after 15 years of leading enterprise technology delivery for companies like Ticketmaster, Choice Hotels, ExxonMobil, and Cigna:
The biggest problem in delivery management isn't bad teams. It's invisible data.
Sprint velocity lives in tools like Jira. Scope changes live in someone's head. Risk lives in chat threads that nobody reads. Executive confidence lives in a PowerPoint that's already stale. The humans in between spend more time assembling the picture than acting on it.
I decided to fix that.
Today I build Agile Intelligence Layers as AI-powered delivery systems using Claude, Atlassian MCP, and live Jira data. Not chatbots. Not dashboards. Systems that read project data, detect delivery risks, compute health metrics, and generate executive-ready artifacts automatically.
