<p>Worked in the Automotive Industry for more than a decade, before I changed to the Telco Industry. I am in Telco business since 1999.</p><p>My background is commercial (started as merchant, graduated as business and later MBA), but I work in IT.</p><p>In Telco, I have mainly worked as business analyst and managed software projects and programs until 2017.<br>This was when I first met agile - and fell in love. Quickly, I started to work as scrum master. later agile coach. Now I am certified trainer for Scrum, Kanban and SAFe. KMP and AKT since 2021</p><p>Since 2017 helping our company to explore, understand and adapt agile ways of working.</p>
