Kanban Coaching

Learn how to coach evolutionary change by working effectively with organisational culture, resistance and maturity.

Kanban Coaching (KC) is an advanced Kanban University course for people who want to use the Kanban Method’s evolutionary change approach to support organisational improvement. During this highly interactive two-day course, you will explore cultural resistance, organisational change plateaus, leverage points, sociological factors and pragmatic change experiments. You will also learn how to refine Evolutionary Change Canvases and use them to guide ongoing improvement.
