Kanban Coaching

Learn how to assess organisational maturity and design an evolutionary path for change that respects culture, behaviour and real-world constraints.

Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) is an advanced Kanban University course for people involved in team-level or organisational transformation. It helps you understand where an organisation is today, what is realistically possible next, and how to evolve towards better business outcomes without forcing change too quickly.

During this highly interactive two-day course, you will learn how to assess maturity through behavioural patterns, the depth of Kanban practices and achieved business outcomes. You will then use that understanding to frame an evolutionary change path, identify likely resistance and design practical experiments for improvement.

You will leave with a structured approach for guiding organisational change using evidence, experimentation and the Kanban Maturity Model.
