Kanban Maturity Model

Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) is an advanced Kanban University course for experienced Kanban practitioners who want a structured approach to introducing and evolving Kanban across an organisation. The course explores organisational maturity, observable behaviours, culture, management practices and business outcomes, helping participants understand which improvement actions and Kanban practices are appropriate at different stages of organisational evolution.

Important: this listing is used to collect waitlist registrations. The dates shown in the listing are placeholders and are not confirmed course dates. Once we have a minimum group of approximately 3-5 participants in the same language, everyone on the waitlist will be contacted and invited to select suitable dates. The final dates will be agreed with the group before registration is confirmed. Joining the waitlist therefore gives you priority when the next KMM group is organised.
