Kanban System Design (KSD) is the foundational Kanban University course for professionals who want to understand how work flows through their organisation and learn how to design an effective Kanban system. The course covers the Kanban Method, systems thinking, sources of dissatisfaction, demand and capacity, workflow visualization, WIP limits, classes of service, metrics, feedback mechanisms, and the STATIK approach to designing Kanban systems.

Important: this listing is used to collect waitlist registrations. The dates shown in the listing are placeholders and are not confirmed course dates. Once we have a minimum group of approximately 3-5 participants in the same language, everyone on the waitlist will be contacted and invited to select suitable dates. The final dates will be agreed with the group before registration is confirmed. Joining the waitlist therefore gives you priority when the next KSD group is organised.
