The Delivery Manager course helps you improve the way products and services are delivered by making work visible, managing flow, reducing delays, and creating more predictable outcomes for customers.

In this two-day, hands-on course, you will develop practical skills to visualise end-to-end workflows, manage work in progress (WIP), make delivery policies explicit, and use feedback loops to improve service delivery. You will learn how to coordinate work, manage customer commitments, and improve delivery reliability without sacrificing quality or team autonomy.

Training prerequisites

Participants must have completed either the Flow Manager course or a Kanban Management Professional course: Kanban System Design (KSD), Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI), or Kanban Development Improvement (KDI).
