Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) is the ideal starting point for people who are new to Kanban. This one-day Kanban University course introduces the core principles and practices of the Kanban Method and shows you how they can improve visibility, communication, collaboration and flow within a team.

During this highly interactive course, you will explore how to visualise work, limit work in progress, manage flow, make policies explicit, use feedback loops and improve collaboratively. You will learn practical techniques that you can begin applying immediately within your own team.

Venue / Location

This is a Live Virtual Remote / Online class. You can find out more about our live virtual training.

You will attend online and be able to see, hear and interact with the trainer and other attendees. The course covers the same learning objectives and material as an in-person class.

Attendees interact throughout the course by joining discussions and taking part in group activities and exercises. The course is broken into manageable sections with regular breaks to allow time away from the screen.

The class will run from 09:00 to 17:00 in the time zone in which the class is scheduled.
