Learn how to manage, improve and scale Kanban systems beyond a single team or service.

Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI) builds on Kanban System Design (KSD) and focuses on how to evolve existing Kanban systems over time. You will learn how to identify delays, variability and bottlenecks, use data to guide improvement, and manage multiple connected systems across an organisation.

During this highly interactive two-day course, you will explore Kanban cadences, metrics, evolutionary change, dependency management, demand and capacity, and techniques for improving flow. You will learn how to use feedback and evidence to make better decisions and create sustainable improvements to service delivery.

You will leave with practical approaches you can use to manage and continuously improve Kanban systems in your own organisation.

Venue / Location

This is a Live Virtual Remote / Online class. You can find out more about our live virtual training.

You will attend online and be able to see, hear and interact with the trainer and other attendees. The course covers the same learning objectives and material as an in-person class.

Attendees interact throughout the course by joining discussions and taking part in group activities and exercises. The course is broken into manageable sections with regular breaks to allow time away from the screen.

The class will run from 09:00 to 17:00 each day in the time zone in which the class is scheduled.
