Second step in the two-course credential. In the provided five-day bundle, KPP II begins with a two-hour Wednesday introduction and continues through two four-hour days.
Prerequisites.
No prior course work is necessary for the KPP bundle. KPP II follows KPP I in the course sequence; Kanban for Design and Innovation (KDI) is strongly recommended.
Completion and certification.
Attend and actively engage in every session, hands-on exercise, simulation, and group discussion to receive the Kanban University KPP II certificate. Complete both courses to earn KPP.
