Course format.
First step in the two-course credential. In the provided five-day bundle, KPP I runs for two four-hour days plus a two-hour wrap-up before KPP II begins.
Prerequisites.
No prior course work is necessary. Kanban for Design and Innovation (KDI) is strongly recommended to enhance understanding during KPP.
Completion and certification.
Attend and actively engage in every session, hands-on exercise, simulation, and group discussion to receive the Kanban University KPP I certificate. Continue with KPP II to earn KPP.
