Total Immersion. Learn inside the work.

Total Immersion classes deliver a new kind of immersive learning: deeper, richer and faster, directly inside the tools that bring the ideas, concepts and guidance to life. You work on real FlowBoards from day one and earn the same official Kanban University credential.

Learn it by doing it.

For years, people have loved our training classes. What many asked for next was support after class, a way to keep applying what they had learned. Total Immersion Learning adds exactly that. For the first time, simulations and workshops happen inside Kanban+, software built around all six Kanban Method practices.

  1. 01Visualise

Map your service and its work on a FlowBoard.

  2. 02Limit work in progress

Set WIP limits and see how the board responds.

  3. 03Manage flow

Spot blockers, waiting work and ageing items as they happen.

  4. 04Make policies explicit

Write the rules of your system onto the board itself.

  5. 05Implement feedback loops

Run replenishment and review conversations around live data.

  6. 06Improve collaboratively

Try a change, watch the effect, and evolve the system.

What makes it different.

Every Kanban University course is hands-on and taught by an accredited trainer. Total Immersion Learning takes that one step further: you learn inside Kanban+, so every idea is practised straight away in the tools built for the Kanban Method.

Kanban+ is software built around the Kanban Method. It brings together FlowBoards for visualising and managing work, FlowMetrics for measuring flow, and Evolve for maturity assessment and transformation roadmaps. Essentials adds best practices, templates, guides and a practitioner community, plus an AI assistant that answers your Kanban questions as you work. Total Immersion classes are taught on FlowBoards, and the Enterprise Transformation Manager class also uses Evolve. Learn more at kanban.plus.
