Kanban Leadership Retreat Europe
Join Kanban practitioners and enthusiasts, including coaches, trainers, consultants, and thought leaders for a deep dive into the Kanban space. This is an unconference where there is no set agenda. Participants bring topics they want to discuss and the retreat’s agenda is planned on the first night of the event.
CHALLENGE – Question and confront established ideas. Present new material and advance the field of Kanban.
EXPLORE – Go deeper into existing concepts. Stretch the boundaries on Cost of Delay, Metrics, Flow, Games, Maturity Levels and more.
CONNECT – Put your heads together and create something new. Or, come together to offer advice regarding a challenge.
Bond with others during the 5-hour mid-day break in the beautiful local region. Recommended recreational activities are waiting for you. Get active or just relax.

This in-person meeting is designed to present the most recent Kanban University student numbers and growth trends across the globe, as well as to connect with you in-person and get feedback and discussion time on all things Kanban University. This meeting is free for attendees, and we look forward to seeing you there!
