Enterprise Scale Kanban is a two-day in-person or 16-hour online course for managers, change professionals, and agile-coaching leaders working with large-scale Kanban deployments.

Two-day in-person course or 16-hour online course.
Prerequisites.
Previous completion of KSD and KSI with the Kanban Management Professional credential is required.

Completion and certification.
All participants receive an ESK certificate of completion. KMPs completing ESK receive the Enterprise Delivery Manager credential.
