Kanban Coaching is a two-day in-person or 16-hour online course for people who want to use the Kanban Method's evolutionary change approach to coach organisational maturity.
It helps participants reflect cultural resistance, avoid overreach, and prepare pragmatic change experiments and leverage points.

KC is a hands-on learning experience offered through accredited Kanban University training. These details help you prepare well and take part fully.
Course format.
Two-day in-person course or 16-hour online course.
Prerequisites.
KMP plus prior KMM attendance are strongly recommended. The course assumes an initial Evolutionary Change Canvas from KMM.
Completion and certification.
All participants receive a certificate. With KSD, KSI, KMM, and KC coursework, participants are eligible for the KCP exam.
